Sean Keaney, Architect and practice Director, brings to the practice many years experience in designing community colleges; primary schools; and a range of domestic projects; together with administrating small and large contracts in healthcare. Through fairview architecture, he has led projects from £6,000 to £1m in value.
Sean's experience draws from time spent in small practices undertaking private, personal commissions, through to employment in an international company. He has undertaken all aspects of architectural work from inception to contract administration and is responsible for award-winning design in the sustainability field.
We consider that the spatial design, material and technological choices, and site context are all interrelated and must be considered hand-in-hand through an iterative design conversation. Therefore our projects do not follow a practice style but respond to their specific setting and brief, and your requirements, to make use of appropriate material and design.
We are committed to responsible sourcing of materials and services, and support local delivery and production wherever possible.
