RD&E Hospital Main Entrance Refurbishment

The refurbishment of a busy hospital’s main entrance was a project which would always require careful planning and management, including detailed phasing of the construction works. The scope of works affected no less than nine different user groups and operational centres; the project was completed while keeping the main entrance functional, safe and secure, as well as all NHS Trust functions active.
The administration of the contract reflected the complexities of the phasing and planning of the works.
