St Peter’s Educational Trust, Malawi

Friends of ours have for some time been supporting the village of Chalizya in Malawi. Their work has included building new classrooms so school can continue no matter what the weather is, providing malaria prevention nets and other enabling support. They have plans to re-visit next year to continue to expand the primary school and provide staff accommodation so that, when the river floods, there are still teachers on site and school is not cancelled. Other work includes drilling boreholes to provide a clean water supply.

We are pleased to be helping, in a small way, by providing some promotional images for their information evening on March 17th at Lympstone Church. This is an open evening to promote their work and learn about the village’s vision. Do come along. Please see more information on this invitation.

Here is one of the models we have produced to illustrate the intended construction, using modular design elements already in place on the site.
